Is this tephritis divisa?

Hi, Found this little fly sitting on a newly-delivered parcel. Working through the tephritids in the Diptera.info gallery, it looks like tephritis divisa, but I'd really welcome confirmation before I irecord it. Not a lovely picture, but I think the wing patterns are pretty clear.
