The programme for this year’s event can be downloaded here (PDF 232kb) along with a guide (PDF 155 kb) for those who would like to create a Padlet and share their fly highlights from 2022. Pemberley books will be making a very welcome return to this year’s event with a stand in the Neil Chalmer’s foyer. Members are also welcome to bring along an exhibit to display in the foyer, there will even be a modest prize for the best one!

 

Registration:

Registration is only required if you plan on travelling to London to attend in person. Please click on this registration link so that we can order enough refreshments and make a suitable restaurant booking for the Dipterists Super on Saturday evening. Registration will close on Friday 4th November.

Those unable to travel to London who would like to watch a webcast of the event can use the Attendee linkThis is an MS Teams link, if you do not have Microsoft Teams installed, just choose the “Join on the Web instead” option. You will be held in a waiting room until the meeting starts at 10:30 am. Those online can pose questions to the speakers through the chat.

SUNDAY WORKSHOP & COLLECTIONS VISIT

Venue: Angela Marmont Centre DC2 building, The Natural History Museum, London

 

Collections visit:

NHM staff will be on hand to assist anyone wishing to view the Diptera collections at the NHM.

 

Dissections & Slide making workshop:

There will be a short presentation followed by the chance to have a go at making a dissection with expert guides on hand to help. Bring your own specimens!
