The green-eyed one looks superficially like Chyromyidae, but there are no preapical bristles on the tibiae in that family, so I would suggest this is Lauxaniidae.
The other one is one of the "other" Scathophaga. There are keys available to both of these families.

I've keyed the Lauxaniid to Minettia sp. which is as far as British keys go.
